Fully furnished, 535-sqft modern 1 bedroom apartment available from December 16th to July 21st (flexible on move-in and out dates though). Great for Notre Dame students/faculty who need a place to stay without having to sign a 12-month lease. As the title says, it's fully furnished, and the bill includes everything but electricity. As long as this post is up, the apartment is available for sublease. Willing to negotiate rent (currently paying $1220/month electricity). The below is from their website:
